Sheila Bremer is the founder and director of Rince Cois Fharraige since 1992, a T.C.R.G. (registered teacher of Irish Dance with An Coimisiun, Dublin, Ireland). Ms Bremer has been involved in Irish dancing since the age of five, winning numerous regional awards and competitions and attending world championships in Ireland throughout the years under the Griffith Academy.

Her students compete all over the U.S.,  in Canada, and in the All-Irelands. Her dance groups include many winners in the New England Regional Championships. They also perform at various local establishments and various civic events, i.e. Peabody International Festival.
